Every Pro Lab order moves through 6 clear stages from confirmation to delivery, with email and SMS updates at each step. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–15 business days, depending on your product and delivery location across India.
The 6 order stages
Stage 1: Order Received ✅
Within 2 minutes of successful payment:
- Your order is logged in our system
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email
- An SMS confirmation goes to your registered mobile
- An order number is assigned (format: PRO12345678)
- Status visible in "My Account" → "Order History"
Stage 2: Order Processing ⚙️
0–2 hours after payment:
- Our system validates files and prepares for production
- File quality checks run automatically
- If issues are detected, our team contacts you
- This is the last window for minor changes (see Modifying or Cancelling Your Order Before Production)
Stage 3: In Production 🏭
Production timelines vary by product:

Stage 4: Quality Check 🔍
Before every dispatch:
- Each product is visually inspected by our team
- Print quality, binding, finishing, and packaging are verified
- Any product failing quality check is reprinted (no extra cost or delay communicated to you)
Stage 5: Dispatch 📦
Once dispatched:
- A dispatch email is sent with your tracking link and courier name
- An SMS dispatch notification goes to your mobile
- Couriers used: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or another reliable partner based on your pin code
- Tracking activates within 6–12 hours of dispatch
Stage 6: In Transit → Delivered 🏠
