Placing an order at Pro Lab takes 2–5 minutes from cart to confirmation. This guide walks you through every step — from finishing your design to receiving your order confirmation email and SMS.
Step-by-step checkout process
1. Complete your design
- Finish editing your photo book or product in the editor
- Review all pages carefully
- Save your project (auto-saves every 2 minutes)
- Click "Preview" to see the final result
2. Add to cart
- Click the "Add to Cart" button in the editor
- Your product appears in the shopping cart
- The cart icon (top right) shows the item count
- Continue shopping or proceed to checkout
3. Review your cart
- Click the cart icon to view all items
- Verify product details (size, pages, cover type)
- Adjust quantity if ordering multiple copies
- Remove items if needed
- See the price breakdown and total
4. Enter shipping information
- Click "Proceed to Checkout"
- Log in or create an account (required)
- Enter or confirm your shipping address:
- Full name
- Complete address (house/flat, street, area)
- Landmark (helpful for delivery)
- City, state, PIN code
- Mobile number (for delivery updates)
- Select from saved addresses or add a new one
5. Apply discounts (optional)
- Enter your promo code in the "Coupon Code" field
- Click "Apply"
- The discount reflects immediately in the total
- Note: Multiple discounts may not combine
6. Review order summary
Your final summary will include:
- Product price
- Additional pages cost (if any)
- Upgrades and add-ons (matte finish, AI correction, etc.)
- Shipping charges
- GST (18% on applicable items)
- Discount applied
- Total amount
7. Select payment method
Choose from:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
- Net banking (50+ banks)
- EMI (3, 6, 9, 12 months)
- Pay Later (Simpl, LazyPay)
- PayPal (international)
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, MobiKwik)
8. Place order
- Review all details one final time
- Check "I agree to Terms & Conditions"
- Click "Place Order" or "Pay Now"
- Complete payment on the secure payment gateway
9. Order confirmation
- A payment success page displays immediately
- An order confirmation email is sent within 2 minutes
- An SMS confirmation goes to your registered mobile
- An order number is assigned for tracking (e.g. PRO12345678)

The entire checkout process takes 2–5 minutes, including payment.
