Pro Lab makes it easy to reorder your favourite photo books, prints, or gifts — either as exact duplicates of past orders, or with edits and customisations. Saved projects stay accessible for 45 days; ordered projects for 365 days.
Two ways to reorder
Method 1: Exact duplicate (same design)
For when you want an identical copy of a previous order — perfect for additional family copies or replacement gifts.
- Go to "Order History" in your Pro Lab account
- Find the order you want to duplicate
- Click "Reorder" or "Buy Again"
- An exact copy is added to your cart with the same specifications
- Adjust the quantity if needed
- Proceed to checkout
Method 2: Reorder with changes (edit previous design)
For when you want to update the design — swap photos, fix typos, change layouts.
- Go to "My Projects" (not Order History)
- Find your saved project (orders stay in projects for 30 days)
- Click "Edit" or "Customise"
- Make your desired changes:
- Swap photos
- Fix typos
- Update dates
- Change layouts
- Modify text
- Save as a new version
- Add to cart and order
Bulk reorder discounts
Multiple copy discounts available
For multiple copies of the same album or product, contact customer support for bulk-order discount pricing.
Perfect for:
- Wedding albums for the couple's family
- School yearbooks
- Corporate gifts

- Multiple gift copies for occasions
Project availability timeline
- Saved projects — accessible for 45 days from last edit
- Ordered projects — saved for 365 days after the order
After these periods, projects may be archived. If you need an older project restored, contact support@prolab.in with the order details — we may be able to retrieve it from our backups.
Reordering as gifts
Many Pro Lab customers reorder a photo book as a gift for someone else (a grandparent, sibling, or in-law). When reordering:
- Update the shipping address to the gift recipient's address
- Adjust the quantity as needed
- Consider editing the cover to personalise (e.g. "For Mum" embossing on a signature cover)
- Add a personal note at the cart stage if available
Reorder pricing
Reorders use current Pro Lab pricing, not the price you originally paid. If you ordered during a sale, the reorder may cost more (or less, if there's a current promotion). Check the cart total before placing the order.
