Pro Lab orders are dispatched via trusted couriers — Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC — with tracking activating within 6–12 hours of dispatch. This guide shows you exactly where to find your tracking link and how to follow your shipment from our studio to your doorstep.
When tracking becomes available
Tracking activates approximately 6–12 hours after dispatch — the courier needs time to register the package in their system.
Where to find your tracking link
Option 1: Email (most common)
- Check your registered email inbox (and spam folder)
- Look for the dispatch email titled "Your Pro Lab Order Has Been Shipped!"
- Click the tracking link inside
Option 2: SMS
You'll receive a dispatch SMS containing:
- Order number
- Courier name (Blue Dart / Delhivery / DTDC)
- Tracking link or AWB number
Option 3: Your Pro Lab account
- Log in at prolab.in
- Go to "My Account" → "Order History"
- Find your order
- Click "Track Order" or copy the tracking number

What the tracking statuses mean
Common courier status messages and what they mean:
Status | Meaning |
Picked up | Courier has collected the package from our facility |
In transit | Package is moving between courier hubs |
Out for delivery | Package is with the delivery agent and will arrive today |
Delivered | Successfully delivered — keep your packaging until you've inspected the contents |
Delivery attempted | Delivery was tried but couldn't be completed (often nobody home or unreachable phone) |
Held at facility | Package is at a regional hub awaiting next leg of transit |
Returned to origin | Package is being returned to Pro Lab (rare; contact support immediately) |
How often does tracking update?
- Metro routes: Updates every 6–12 hours
- Tier-2/3 routes: Updates every 12–24 hours
- Remote areas: Updates may be less frequent

Tips for smooth delivery
- Keep your phone reachable — couriers often call before attempting delivery
- Inform building security for apartment deliveries
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during typical courier hours (9 AM – 8 PM)
- Don't refuse the package even if you're not sure — inspect it first; refusing triggers a return
- Photograph the packaging before opening, in case of damage claims
Tracking link not working?
Try these in order:
- Wait 6–12 hours after dispatch — tracking sometimes takes time to activate
- Use the direct courier site with your AWB number (see table above)
- Clear browser cache and reload the tracking page
- Try a different browser or device
- Contact support with your order number for direct courier escalation
